Feminism: Women's Equality In The United States
You probably know that 1 out of every 5 women have been sexually assaulted, but the fact that people overlook is that 1 out of 7 men also get sexually assaulted. Feminism was all about equal rights when women were fighting for a vote, but according the dictionary.com,¨The advocacy of women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to men¨but how can men and women be equal when women are still dominating in the political aspect of things where women are getting away with things like rape because ¨they don't do that stuff¨. I am pro equality not anti feminism and it's clear now that feminists are only fighting for women’s rights.

This is true but, “It is closing up”, says a professor at Harvard University. Now when talking about not as many women being in politics the thing that people don´t think about is that they might not be right for the job and that is why people aren't voting for them not because of their gender. Let's just look at the polls for president 70% of Hillary Clinton's vote is female and they probably haven't thought twice about her statements they are just voting for her because she is female, and I believe that this is inequality in the political field but for men this time not women. Some might say that in developing countries have no female rights but you don't hear people saying feminism once and that is just equal right because you can see in those countries they are dominating in all aspects so they are not fighting for feminism or at least the feminism today they are fighting for equal rights. Lastly many people believe that men do have inequalities but not as many or important than women’s,but as you can see from the top paragraph men have one major inequality which is the court system and women have one or two at the most and the major one is the work force so people can’t say women’s rights is more important than men’s rights.
Now that I have explained the major male inequality and how men’s and women’s right should be equal, I want you to be open minded about the topic. I am not telling you to be anti feminism I just want you to start think about the men’s rights being overlooked. Let’s make the world equal to both genders not just
