Dear Sir,
Good day!
This letter serves as a formal agreement between NP company owned by partners, Florencio S. Castillo Jr., Jenilyn L. Cenon, Charmaine C. Cuadra, Joan C. Galac, Alfa M. Laza, Adrian N. Linga, Richard N. Medalla, Shamei V. Oliverio, Keynna N. Opano, Princess Christel O. Pasco, Cerissa C. Pecho and Mr. Julius Ng of “SMDB Bag Manufacturing”, whereby Mr. Julius Ng provide professional services in manufacturing the Pick-Up-Pack Bags from November 2014 to January 2015.

This agreement guarantees the subcontractor a payment of P100 for every product to be done. The work to be performed by subcontractor is limited in nature. It covers exactly and precisely the following duties:

The content, style, form and format of the product shall be completely satisfactory to Company and shall be consistent with Company’s standards.
Contractor agrees that at all times during or subsequent to the performance of the Service, contractor will keep confidential and not divulge, communicate, or use during the term of this agreement to the extent necessary to perform the service.

The method, by which these duties are performed, in so far as the methods are safe and legal, will be at the discretion of the Subcontractor, except for the specific forbidden methods:

Producing without prior consent of the NP Company
Contracting with other competitors

The subcontractor will be responsible for providing the materials needed,
