CHAPTER I
Introduction
Fire is extraordinary helpful. It gave humans the first form of portable light and heat. It also gives us the ability to cook food, forge metal tools, form pottery, harden bricks and drive power plants. But at the same time, fire can destroy houses and possessions in less than hour. It can also reduce an entire forest to a pile of ash and charred wood. It is a terrifying weapon, with nearly unlimited destructive power. Fire kills more people every year than any other force of nature. Fire is useful but if not handled properly, it is one of the greatest destroyer and murderer. These fires can be particularly dangerous because they may smoulder for a long period of time before being discovered by sleeping residents. These things cannot be avoided especially if the fire had started. Also, people are busy with their own lives: work, household chores and other tasks, that’s why they are not that aware of the things happening around.
Recently, people had come to invent and introduce devices that will help them prevent damage of properties. Humans still need things to warn them especially when it comes to fire. People’s lives depend on how they deal with it. What is important that before it has started or turns into a huge flame, people must be alarmed and be saved.
A fire preventing alarm device is introduced when it comes to fire prevention. An automatic fire alarm may be the answer but how about if they are already alarmed but were not able to stop it at that moment, they something to stop it. Another fire device is the fire sprinkler. It discharges water when the effects of fire have been detected.
With these ideas, the researchers came up with the study of “Fire Sprinkler with built-in Alarm”. The researchers decide to innovate the fire alarm together with fire sprinkler joining its significant

One of the most vital aspects of fire protection is to recognize a budding fire emergency as soon as possible, and to notify the facility's tenants and proper emergency groups. This is the primary function of all fire detection and alarm systems. Depending on the expected fire situation, structures and type, quantity and occupants (health care, business, residential, industrial, and day care), and criticality of contents and mission, these systems can offer multiple key functions to aid in the safety of the occupants (Department of Veterans Affairs (Office of Construction & Facilities Management) , 2011). Their first two functions are the most vital. The first being a way to identify a fire hazard as it transpires through either manual or automatic methods. Secondly, it alerts the structures occupants to an imminent fire hazard and the need to withdraw from the building. Another common function in a non single family structure is to send an emergency alarm notification to the local emergency response organizations. Some systems are even designed to sensitive systems to…
