Firefox Company Persuasive Essay
Does a company that uses an organism to help sell its product have any responsibility to that organism? In my opinion, companies do not have any responsibility for the organisms, because the organisms are just to symbolize their advertisement, but yet have better characteristics then items, and draw more attention. Such as the Firefox company, adding flames to the fox makes the fox look fast, will draw more attention and convince people to use the Firefox browser. In my opinion, I also think that companies should have responsibilities for the organisms they use, since their homes are being destroyed, their land is getting polluted etc.

    I’m really glad that most companies are animal friendly now. Just because they’re small and can’t defend themselves doesn’t mean we get to use and mutilate their bodies for our own personal gain.     Due to the financial crisis there have been many changes made to government programs to reduce costs and help with debt. Many of these cuts are happening statewide, in America’s public schools. The first programs that are being cut are the art programs, and the excuse is that the core classes are more important. If Congress cannot reach an agreement, these cuts will reduce the Department of Defense spending by about $55 billion dollars. On September 11, 2001, the United States faced a difficult time in which 3,000 lives were lost due to an attack upon the U.S. by terrorists who hijacked airplanes and crashed them into the Twin Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and the United States Pennsylvania!     The practice of assisted suicide in the field of medicine is one of the most controversial issues facing us as a society today. Euthanasia of a patient is a taboo that can get a doctor’s license to practice medicine revoked and the doctor can face incarceration for his/her actions which are classified as a homicide. This practice is not something I believe should be looked down upon or tabooed as many other believe. It is a matter of choice, something that should be allowed to any terminally ill patient who wishes it so long as they are mentally competent to make such a decision. There is also a precedent for assisted suicides in the Physician Aid in Dying, or PAD laws in the states of Washington, Oregon, and Montana where patients can be assisted in causing their own deaths. Others may say it devalues human life and that it is an unethical act, which is not true since it is more helping the people by taking the pain away from them during the end of their lives.
