Before students give a tour to serve as docent need to know some history of Shakespeare. GSR provide assignment before student give a tour. The word “docent” meaning a person who acts as guide visitors through a museum and share the information, tour guide, or interpreter on the exhibitions. The docent is important is to knowledge for learning in the museum and the docent who give a tour visitors on their journey to help visitors get more knowledge of the rich history. Docent is difficult challenge to face with diverse, creative ways, avoid to discriminating, and more. The docent have to find a way to provide them with opportunities to tell the history stories. Also, docents need to be prepare to relationship with visitors because they will ask many questions with their curiosity, individual expression, and imagination because some information is new to them. It may be complicated but there some tips tricks which it make the docents look like become an excelled
