Five Greatest Strengths

Recently, I have taken the Gallup Strength finder and identified my five greatest strengths. It determined my strengths by asking me about 170 questions and them put them all together to determine what my best strengths are. The strengths in order are Analytical, Context, Consistency, Adaptability, and Responsibility. I can now identify my strengths and know to focus on them. I also happen to agree with all five of the strengths identified for me. My Analytical theme challenges other people, I often challenge other people’s theories to see if what they are claiming happens to be true, not to prove them wrong, but to make sure that their theory is sound and precisely on point. I like to collect data and make sure it is as accurate as possible. Or, I see how certain patterns affect each other, how they combine, and the outcome. This causes friends to come to me for advice, because they can trust my ability to analyze the situation that they are in.
I look back for answers because I find the present to be unstable, this is because it is a bunch of competing voices all yelling at each other trying to prove each other wrong. By casting my mind back to an earlier time I am able to make plans for the present and make the world feel stable again. It makes it much easier to work when I am partnered up with someone who also has context as a strength, because we have the same way of thinking.
