Flat Belly Overnight System Analysis
Andrew Raposo's Flat Belly Overnight System - Full Review

Hello and welcome to our review of the Flat Belly Overnight system by Andrew Raposo.

As always, this review will be divided into three main sections:

1. The basics section which will help you to fully understand what “Flat Belly Overnight” is all about.

2. The pros and cons section that features the main pros and cons which we feel you should know about Andrew Raposo's fat loss system.

3. The conclusions section where we talk about our final thoughts regarding the Flat Belly Overnight program…

Let's start :)

The Basics

“Flat Belly Overnight” was developed by Andrew Raposo, a Canadian fitness expert and CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. In simple words, this is a unique fitness

This means that even individuals who are in their late 50’s or 60’s can perform the strength exercises that Andrew Raposo teaches in his videos.

Created By An Expert Andrew Raposo is a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer, meaning he is qualified to train people and provide evaluations on physical fitness that relate to one's health. In addition, he is a multi-awarded Muay Thai fighter and boxer, as well as the creator of several best-selling fitness programs, such as “Fighter Abs”.

In the online world of today, where so many fitness programs are offered by individuals without any real experience in the field, we think that it is extremely important to follow advice from someone that really knows his stuff and can be trusted.

Short Exercises

It isn't necessary to go to a gym in order to perform the belly-flattening exercises recommended by Andrew Raposo in his Flat Belly Overnight System.

These exercises don't take up a lot of your time either, so if you have about 3 to 5 minutes per day, we don't see any reason why you won't be able to fit this program into your daily

Although for most people that usually isn't a problem, for those who prefer a hard-copy book or physical DVD this can be a disappointment...

Our Conclusions

Just like any other fat loss system, Flat Belly Overnight has its pros and cons, and you should absolutely ignore all of these “reviews” online which promise to you “amazing results in only 24 hours” by using this program.

In simple words, the Flat Belly Overnight system doesn't provide a magical solution, and while Andrew Raposo claims that his program can help people start seeing results in only a few days, we believe that for most users it will take longer than that.

There's no magic, after all, when it comes to losing weight, and in order to achieve long-term results you need to be 100% committed to the program and put in the required efforts.

On the other hand, we must admit that we truly believe that the Flat Belly Overnight system has the potential to help many people lose their belly fat and improve their overall health - without following any restrictive diet or spending lots of time at the gym.

Overall, Andrew Raposo did a great job with this program, and we really liked that all the material he provides in the main guide and videos is very easy to

First I had to determine my daily requirements by using a calorie calculator. I was able use the weight loss calculator to determine the time and calorie deficit required to reach my target weight. For my optimal weight loss I reduced my calories to 15-20% below maintenance. When I did not make progress I increased this later, the larger my deficit produced, the quicker my body caught on. I learn that my first step should be to increase my activity levels. By me creating a larger calorie deficit, I had to exercise, cardio to burn calories, resistance training to maintain muscle mass.…
