Q5 - OE_Weaknesses
What do you see as Flowers’ particular weaknesses?
"To me it’s a hard thing to understand. It’s difficult for investors to understand the value of the company. Maybe it’s confusing for investors. It seems like it would be pretty straightforward but if there’s more volatility in the business than you’d expect, or maybe that investors don’t understand it. It’s complicated for investors, confusing for investors. I don’t think a lot of people do their homework or a lot of people understand what the drivers are. They think it’s easy to make bread. It’s a very fragile thing. That’s what it would be to me. Investors don’t appreciate the difficulty of running this business."

"Uncertain [6-pt. scale]. I don’t know that much about that one actually. I’ve looked at it but I can’t remember what my take on it was. They have good management and they are really good capital allocators and their conservative with how they run the business so I was positive on the board but I can’t remember exactly what I thought of tenure of the board or make up, different types of people. I can’t remember to be honest with you."
