Client current diagnosis: The patient is a heavy smoker; smoking at least two packs of cigarettes a day. The patient inherited her family’s restaurant and admits to spending most of her waking hours there. The patient eats at her restaurant two-three times a day. She admits she has been dizzy for the last 4 months, and has lost 25 lb. due to nausea.
Patient recently had stents placed
