Forces are found everywhere, but of course, you can`t see them. They act on you for example if you are waking there are many forces that act`s on you. If they are not involved you can`t wake. Let`s talk about the forces that are involved in basketball. Basketball is a very enthusiastic sport and you must try it, you are not going to regrets.
Basketball has original thirteen rules, but I am just going to mention 10 of them. 1- The ball can be thrown in any direction, left/right, and with one or two hands. 2-The ball may be hit in any direction with one or two hands. (Never with the plug). 3- The player can`t run with the ball. The player must throw the ball from the area on which he catches it, allowance to be made for a man who catches the ball when running at a good speed if he tries to stop. 4-The ball must be caught in or between the hands. Do not use arms or body to catch them. 5- No hitting, holding, bushing in any way the person is not allowed to exceed on his or her opponent. Fortunately, very few basketball injuries are life-threatening. Some (like broken bones, concussions, and ligament tears) can be quite serious, though. And while playing through the pain might seem noble, it can lead to serious muscle and joint problems over time. Sprained ankles are the most common basketball injuries, but jammed or broken fingers, bruises, bloody or broken noses, and poked eyes are all too common as well. When playing outdoors, abrasions (particularly on the palms and fingers) are always a risk. Indoor ball presents its own hazards in the form of walls and bleachers, and players are bound to collide going after loose balls and rebounds wherever they
