Tons of high school kids, not all, but lots contribute to underage drinking, illegal drug use, noise pollution, theft, etc.. With younger kids they may not see these as breaking laws and simply being a teenager having fun, but while maybe rare and not affecting all who contribute to these things, they can cause serious problems and could be very damaging and even fatal in some cases, which is why they are laws that have been put in place for solid reasons. With the younger society it’s hard to realize these things, as it is somewhat rare of them getting caught or having serious or fatal injuries as result of breaking these laws. They also usually tend to think they’re young and invincible and it’s okay to drink and smoke or steal or whatever they may do, but lots of times these could turn into serious habits/addictions that could lead on to adulthood, and could also seriously affect their health as they grow
