Self Service The only Self Service tool in Five Guys store is “Free Style Soda Machine” (Coca Cola Soda Machine) This machine can produce more than 100 different drink options Consumers take the drink by them selves and can refill their cup unlimitedly (exception for milk shakes-made by the preparer) This machine delivers interactivity, innovation, choice, and quality for customers. It does increase Five Guys’ sales and traffic, and a remarkable growth in beverages purchases It has no Ordering/ Paying Kiosk that will allow customer to do self service in ordering and paying the bill
