Who’s the Fun-Guy Now?

In a faraway kingdom known as Protista, lived a mushroom known as Fun Gus.

Fun Gus was very popular amongst the kingdom since he was part of the Boletus family.

The Boletus family was known for their generosity and loyalty to the kingdom. Everyone went to Fun Gus when they were in need of assistance or advice.

One day as elections for the new ruler of Protista was coming up, a fellow neighbor of Fun Gus came up to him and said “Fun Gus you should run for Ruler, we need to get rid of Moldy Mike!”

Moldy Mike was the current ruler of Protista. Moldy Mike comes from the Amanita family, known for having a rude and self-centered personality.

They constructed a plan to take down Fun Gus.

The day of election speeches, Fun Gus went to the Wild Café to get a drink. One of Moldy Mike’s cousins happens to work here and decided to poison his drink with their family’s own poison.

As Fun Gus was about to take a sip, he smelled something awfully funky. He took off the lid to his drink and noticed his drink was an unusual color, so he threw it away.

Fun Gus gave his speech and won the crowd over with his promise to improve the town. While on the other hand, Moldy Mike did not bring any new ideas to the table and only bash talked about Fun Gus.

It was finally election day; everyone was going to the voting polls. The Amanita family was so nervous about the results they decided to secretively put a bunch of ballots they wrote voting for Moldy Mike into the voting boxes.

At the end of the day they announced the results. Moldy Mike 682 votes. Fun Gus…….

924 votes!!! The whole Kingdom was relieved. Fun Gus won fair and square and was ready to turn his new Kingdom

Mary grabbed a fork and got so mad that she threw a fork at Mike and the fork hit Mike's head.
