First of all, the bedroom should be a place of relaxation, where you can rest after a long day. Certain things can get in the way of that relaxed mindset. First of all, exercise equipment is not recommended in the bedroom, because they are associated with activity, and can chase any relaxation out of our heads, and are constant reminders to get up and move. Clutter and a messy room is also bad because leads to stagnation, can disturb sleep and generally prevent things in your life from moving forward. These objects stimulate your mind and can cause restlessness and will negatively affect sleep and relaxation.
