QUESTION

a. Using appropriate authorities discuss the disadvantages of separating law and equity. (No more than 1500 words)

b. With the aid of relevant legal authorities outline the history, uses and purposes of Trusts. (No more than 1500 words)

FORMAT FOR WRITING ASSIGNMENT • The assignment must be typed; • Single-spaced; • On standard-size ( 8.5 x 11) paper, with one-inch margins; • You must use 12-point Times New Roman or a comparable size font; • Include a title page with the Course Name, Assignment No., student ID number, name of your lecturer and name of your tutor; • Pages must be numbered at the bottom center of each page starting with page one; • Write only your student number on the paper; • Write your student number in the right corner of each page ; • Non-conforming papers will be penalized.

Word Limit
The paper should not exceed 3,000 words.

Deadline for Final submission
The date and time for submitting your assignment is Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 12 noon. The assignment must be left at the Main Office in the folder provided.

Late Policy
The assignment must be completed on time no late assignment will be accepted and no request for extension entertained.
