Terra: People have the power

In the first place , I think the most important thing in order to survive for a long time is to creat a government system . In my opinion the people are the ones who should have the power to vote for the 3 branches of Government : Executive , Legislative and Judicial . The Legislative branch will be represented by the Senate and the House of Representatives . The most important duty of the legislative branch will be to make the laws .
Another extremely important thing is to vote for a President , Vice-President and Cabinet. The President will be the head of the executive branch, which makes laws official.
The judicial branch will oversee the court system of our island . The judges are nominated by the President and approved by the Senate. The Supreme Court will be the highest court in the island. Its decisions are final, and no other court can overrule those decisions.
In addition , the people own the land , there is not only one person who will own the island ,we all have the right to decide who we want to be led.

Secondly the people will need some incentives for keep working . I think something like more food or more water can be one of the incentives . Another idea is that everybody receive a small field where they can grow their own vegetables and animales. This land will be received from the government .
Although we don’t have a money machine , our currency could be based on food or furniture exchange.

It is true that we’ll have a judge but we need some policemen too . When we are going to face problems with small bullies , we should fill a complaint against that person and the police will be able to punish the culprit . If isn’t something really serios , the guilty will receive punishments like more hours of work , less food and water or the government will take back the land , so the culprit won’t be able to grow plants and animals . If the committed crime is weighty , then the guilty will be

The United States government is made up of three branches; the Judicial, the Executive, and the Legislative branch. These branches were put into order by our founding fathers of the United States, and our framers of the US constitution who realized, problems were beginning to emerge because under the Articles of Confederation, our government did not have enough power. “The states were basically taking control of themselves; printing their own money, conducting foreign trade that was in violation of national law, and building and organizing their own armed forces” (“The Constitution.” The Judicial Learning Center). These actions led to a meeting known as the “Constitutional Convention” in 1787, where delegates from twelve of the thirteen states met to discusses the matters at hand. However, they decided to start fresh; pushed the AOC to the side and began discussing what type of government they truly needed.…

The Executive branch is composed of the President, the Vice President, and the departments, which is responsible for making sure that the laws set in place are properly carried out. The Judicial branch, which is accountable for establishing justice and comprehending the law, contains the Supreme Court and the federal courts. The final branch is the Legislative branch, which includes the House and the Senate, has the ability to approve, create, or veto laws. Each branch holds certain rights over the other in order to keep it in check and not allow one division to be superior over the other, so when it comes to the judicial branch, the legislative and executive branch hold some authority over the judicial. There is no complete control given to any branch. For example, the legislative branch (the senate), and the executive branch (the president), appoint and suggest those who may be a part of the judicial branch (the Supreme Court justices), but the judicial branch is also given the power to judge the actions of the president and the…

The judicial branch, or the court system, composes of the Supreme court and all inferior courts established by Congress, they hold judicial power. There are no qualifications to become a judge of the court, this is done so to prevent any sort of political influence, this is further strengthened by making the term of judges for life in order to remove electoral influences. The Supreme court has the power to deem laws passed by Congress unconstitutional, this in turn limits the power of Congress. Judges have general jurisdiction in all cases involving states, citizens, laws, treaties, and the Constitution. This extends further to original jurisdiction, the involvement in all cases involving ambassadors, public ministers, and consuls. If any of the cases in court contains an error the subject can then demand appellate jurisdiction, where the court looks for errors in the case brought up. Any crime committed must be tried in the area the crime originated from unless it is declared as an unfair trial, then the case will be transferred to some other near place. In the judicial branch the Constitution defines treason, it is an act of war against America by giving aid or comfort to the enemy, there must be at least two witnesses to declare treason and its punishment can not fall to the children of the traitor. Treason is defined specifically in the Constitution in…

The most powerful is represented by the legislative branch, which in turn is made up of two subdivisions that leave votes up to a binary voting system and then a representative majority voting system. I believe this is an excellent solution to govern a large populace it gives the majority a voice, which is a representation of a democracy, and gives a voice to the small vote by leveling each state to the same amount of votes on the other side of the legislative branch. The second most powerful branch, the judicial branch, checks to see if the laws written by the legislative branch are legal and justifiable. And then finally, the executive branch signs the laws into action as a final check on the legislative branch. Each branch has a direct way to debate and potentially nullify the power of the other branch when executing/enacting laws that govern the populace. Assuming there is no corruption, I feel like the 3 branches approach is an amazing way for a government to regulate…
