During the 1890s Ivan Pavlov ran an experiment based on innate response. His experiment was based of dogs and their behavior with potential stimuli. In this situation the stimuli was food, and their salivary response to food. Everyone is either affected by depression or knows a friend or relative who is depressed. Some people get to the point where they cannot even function, because there depression has token over their life. Everyone has gone through a rough patch or a tough time, but they get through it and continue to enjoy what life has to offer them. I have personally have had days where I was depressed, it’s only human to get down. Some situations you can control depression due to genetics and family history, but I strongly believe you can create a change and fight for life. Simply look at the glass have full rather than have empty, even if it feels impossible “Fake it till you make it”.
