Initial Vision- We didn’t have an initial vision for our company. Company A has grown to be an eco- friendly, profitably company. We wanted to create a business that would serve the community, but remained environmentally conscious of its industry. Our decisions were based on what can we do to increase company A’s total revenue, profits, return on equity, image rating, and earnings per share. It was important to us that our strategy addressed all these components equally.
Strategy Statement- The production of every camera is essential to our success.
Intended Strategy- In the beginning, we were getting familiar with the program. We didn’t have any particular strategy. After the trial run, we concluded that since the company’s overall success is affected by every decision, it made since that every component received the same amount of attention and detail. We went through every step of the program (every feature, country, store, demand, inventory, and company hire/laid off, and environmental affects) so we could determine the impact each component has on the company.
