Technology is radially growing around the world and in Chile, further showing globalization.
Chris shared that popular car brands in Chile are Kia, Audi, BMW and Chevrolet. These car companies are assembled in Asian countries like South Korea and Japan and European countries such as Germany. However, individual parts of these vehicles are made all over the globe. America makes the majority of the world's tires, while China produces the most steel, which is used in the frames of cars. The cars themselves show the globalization of resources, and car companies are also spreading throughout the world and into countries like Chile, further highlighting the effects of globalization.
