1. Describe one academic goal that you have created using the SMART criteria. How do SMART criteria contribute to your academic goals?. My academic goal would be finishing college. SMART contributes to my goal by helping me set standards, revising my goal, and goals from the lest important to the most important. Then decideing if it is a long-term goal, or short-term goal. How to make a stradegy. It helps to put things into perspective on how you choose to accomplish your goals.

How did the results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building Activity on Competencies contribute to your professional goal development?One of my Career goals that I created using the SMART would be finishing school, setting out to geat a great job. The stress and time-management strategies I have learned this week would be to stay focused, stay motivated.
