As public servant, our duties align with the well-being of the people in addition to having the public interest in my mind when implementing policies and procedures. A government organization can run smoothly when there is delegation is present because it give everyone time to focus and effectively contribute to the organization. Gajef mentioned that policies and procedure should be implemented first, then you delegated task and duties to employees, in which you are able to focus on future or unanticipated issue that may occur over time. The request and demand will only increase from the citizen, so we have to determine faster and more efficient way think ahead of problems, and let managers conduct as the engine of the government, while holding everyone accountable and responsible.
