A. Introduction

The world has changed largely because of science and technology. It brought us modern and high-tech devices that in the past seemed to be impossible to attain. Undeniably, through man’s intelligence we have reach a modern world where technology reigns and everything seems to be possible. It proves that man’s attitude is vast and powerful, that even the most mind blogging problem could be solved and even the minutes of details could be discovered. With the progress the world has made with the internet, where with just one click what people want can have while sitting at the comfort of its own home, cellular phones, which made the communication easier for people on the go, and most especially computers where in all means of operation it is the tool being used.
The grade of the students is one of the essential qualities and products of school works. Grades reflect and measure the performance of a student and determine whether a student passes the subject or not. It also helps the professors to guide and facilitate the students’ learning development. Thus, students’ grades must be accurately calculated, safety accumulated or stored in a database and must be will distributed to the students. Knowing the grades at the end of every semester is the most awaited and most important part of individual student, particularly students in college. Some universities and colleges always used traditional procedure of releasing grades, students need to go directly to the respective college registrar in order to acquire the progress or report card and other colleges post the grades of students in the school websites.
These methods of acquiring student’s grades are inconvenient, tiresome and some instances are time consuming and costly. Since a mobile phone seems to be a positive feature which most individual’s posses, and take almost in all places with the students, it is therefore an extremely effective means of transporting information to students faster and
