Great Commitment In The Athletic Training Program
Athletic Training Students Show Great Commitment in the Program

The athletic training students at West Virginia Wesleyan College show outstanding performances in their field of study. They have become such a valuable asset in the commitments they succeed in. 40 students make up the athletic training program; there are 16 freshman, 8 sophomores, 6 juniors, and 10 seniors.

The students show such a strong dedication to study in the athletic training program. Students need to take six separate practicum classes throughout their sophomore, junior, and senior year. Practicum classes include clinical hours throughout each semester.

In order to stay in the Wesleyan’s athletic training program, the student much maintain at least a 2.75 grade point

    It requires a lot of discipline to maintain your grades in the classroom while spending time on your sport. The free time a student athlete gets is very limited, it is imperative to balance your free time with the time it takes to be successful in the classroom. It is very possible that someone will have to travel for their sport and the classwork doesn't stop the normal student does not have the requirements that a student athlete has as far as practice and travel many times students have to balance work and classwork the student athlete has to balance the sport and their classwork.
