Our goal is to create a happy and healthy work environment where everyone can succeed. This code of conduct provides ethical guidelines in order to guide and empower us to make the right choices as individual and as a company.

Code of Conduct:
• Comply with the local laws, rules and regulations related to our business: In order to avoid any kind of legal issues.
• Customer is always right: because without our customers our company would not exist. Therefore, employees should treat them with respect and satisfy their wants and needs in order to build a loyal relationship.
• Protecting the local environment: This includes minimizing the use of energy, recycling of materials and used products, giving away excess food to people in need, participating in charity activities, as well as engaging with various local Environmental Protection Agencies.
• Smoking is prohibited: Since it goes against one of our major values which is maintaining a healthy environment.
• Following the dress code: All employees should wear the uniforms provided with the appropriate footwear (no flip flops, sandals or UGGs) and minimal jewelry is acceptable.
• The use of electronic devices is not allowed during working hours: to avoid any distraction, in order to focus on the tasks at hand as well as the
customers.
• All forms of discrimination are prohibited: We pride ourselves on the diversity of our workforce and customers. For that reason, all employees and customers are equal and should be treated with respect regardless of their age, gender, race or religion. Therefore, any form of discrimination should be reported to either the manager or the HR Department.
• Harassment of any kind is prohibited: Employees are encouraged to report such issues to their managers or the HR Department in order to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
• Rude and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable: upholding appropriate workplace behavior is extremely important. Therefore, when facing a difficult customer or fellow employee, find your manager immediately. It’s the management’s responsibility to handle these issues as rude and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
• Any kind of bribery, corruption, inappropriate hospitality or gifts will not be tolerated: In order to maintain integrity, honesty, and fairness, in addition to a healthy work environment.
• Any type of retaliation against an individual that participates in an investigation by reporting any violation of the code is strictly prohibited.
