Some of the factors that may increase the health care reform utilization are as the following, they may have a bigger increase in the supplies, because of the growing population, and with the growing elderly population, with having the new procedures and having new technology, also the consumer documents or guidelines that are recommended to the increases with the utilization, with having new diseases appear as well as the new findings of drugs, having a increased health insurance coverage as well as the changes in the practice patterns, and having the changes in consumer preferences and the demand to have it.

When we look outside of the United States, the terms that are most used are the universal health care, or also the public health care. For half of the individuals, socialized medicine is half funded or fully funded by the government even though, the health care is by a private business.
Many American’s believe in the free market society, and those beliefs can extend to the United States health care as well. When it comes to the socialized programs, they are able to provide a variety of some beneficial services to those in the United States. With the socialized programs, I believe that they have to find the right type of balances, and to determine on how those in the United States can best provide the health care for their citizens.
I myself have not had any types of experience with the health care expansion. I say this because, I have been on the medical card since 2005 and I just recently added my son in 2013. The only thing that I can personally say about the health care act is that, I believe that it is the best thing that can happen to America because of the fact that, no one can be denied their pre-existing conditions, and for many other
