Initial Contact: CW Holland made initial contact with Brandy Ramos and Victoria at their home at 908 Tree Street Columbia at 4pm. CW Holland spoke with Brandy in the living room. There is no furniture in the living room besides the television. Mom got chair for CW to sit in. CW explained the DSS process and provided Brochures 30230, 2416 and obtained signature for 3795.

Nature: CW read the allegation. Brandy denied that she is currently using drugs. She commented that she used it once. She commented that it was a mistake. She commented that she has been drug screen since and always has been negative. She commented that she commented that she was just positive after Victoria’s death. Victoria was diagnosed with two holes at the top of her heart. She commented that besides the diagnoses of when she was leaving the hospital after delivery. Victoria is behind on her shots because she has 7 death in family in the past two years. She commented that she was going back and forth between Spartanburg and Lexington. Victoria is observed to be free of marks and bruises. She appears healthy and there is not noted concern. She was observed to attempt to make small steps with assistance. Victoria is small but does not appear to be malnurious. CW Holland has no
