Analysis of Data Collected The first observance I made in looking over my journal, was that I neither ate, nor exercised a considerable amount. My average intake of calories per day was 570, and the amount of exercise my journal records is next to nothing. Secondly, that there was hardly any imagination in the types of food that I ate. In the long run, what I noticed most, was how much my emotional well-being was influenced by my studying. Granted, there was a particular incident, that of losing my notes, that should have had a fair amount of impact, but, overall, it was not my exercise and diet that influenced me, instead, other factors, such as exams and friends. While exercise and diet is important, it is not what makes a big difference for me in terms of my well-being. If a small change could be implemented in this journal, I would recommend not just counting calories, though this it fairly simple and easy to do, but showing how healthy that food is, either by showing the nutrients, or simply judging on a scale of one to five, how healthy the experimenter would judge the food to be. If I ever do this experiment again, I believe it would be more advantageous to make my small change in the area of devotions, thereby documenting a change in my spiritual
