We are learning different ways to use math in the health care profession. The math that we use is simple and easy to do. Daily a medical assistant has to convert measurements, calculate dosages, and other mathematical problems that may need to be solved. It is extremely important for a medical assistant to know how to do this math. If it is done incorrectly a patient could be hurt.
