Health Is a Blessing That Money Cannot Buy
“Health is a blessing that money cannot buy” Izaak Walton
I absolutely agree with this quotation. Today we live in the world where the primary goal of existence for most people is to earn as much money as possible. However, there are some values which are more important. And one of them is our health.
First of all, health provides us with opportunities. Being of sound mind and body means that you can get a higher promotion, you may choose active kinds of sport, you may travel or do whatever you like. Being healthy means that you can live without any restrictions such as strict diets, without taking different antibiotics and other medicine. A healthy person can look after not only himself but also others. He can be a useful member of society.
Secondly, it is no doubt that if you have enough money you can get the most expensive medical care, go to private hospitals or special resorts. People spend half of their life working till exhaustion and the rest of the time trying to restore their health. I think it’s worthless. Furthermore, there are some illnesses which are incurable such as cancer, especially last stages, AIDS, Alzheimer disease and others.
Thirdly, people often begin to think about their health when they have already got some problems. Some even smoke, drink alcohol, use drugs without realizing the consequences. To be as fit as a fiddle we must be in the habit of following a healthy way of life and give up all our bad habits.
In conclusion, I’d like to say that everyone decides for himself what is more important. However, it is necessary to remember that money is the thing that you can earn or borrow. But wealth is nothing without health. So we must take care of

According to the textbook the simplest definition, health means being sound in body, mind and spirit. The World Health Organization defines health as “not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”, but “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being”. Health is the process of discovering using, and protecting all the resources within bodies, minds, spirits, families, communities and environment. Health has many dimensions: physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, and environmental. Some people may add on “emotional” and a “cultural” dimension. My personal definition does difference from this definition above in ways such as health is about keeping your body in a good condition.…

Definition of health The definition of health means staying healthy. To have good health practises you need to be doing healthy things regularly. This means making good choices, such as a good and nutritious diet (what you eat and drink) and making good friends, as they influence you emotionally and spiritually. Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living being.Personal health depends partially on the active, passive, and assisted cues people observe and adopt about their own health. These include personal actions for preventing or minimizing the effects of a disease, usually a chronic condition, through integrative care. They also include personal hygiene practices to prevent infection and illness, such as bathing and washing hands with soap; brushing and flossing teeth; storing, preparing and handling food safely; and many others. The information gleaned from personal observations of daily living - such as about sleep patterns, exercise behavior, nutritional intake, and environmental features -may be used to inform personal decisions and actions, as well as clinical decisions and treatment plans. Personal health also depends partially on the social structure of a person's life. The maintenance of strong social relationships, volunteering, and other social activities have been linked to positive mental health and even increased longevity. In conclusion it should be included that, in order to be healthy every single person is responsible for his or her physical condition. If people follows the rules and regulation and practice mental relaxation simultaneously, then probably they can lead a healthy life. Personally I believe, healthiness is not only related with the better physical condition, but also related with the better psychological condition as…

So the investment for health education and preventive measures are as important as saving one life. In reality, it is fewer courses which supply information about the health knowledge are held. Otherwise, a lot of hospitals have been build. With this point of view, people more and more depend on hospitals while they do not know that they can cure themselves just through health knowledge.…
