This message should clarify all the duties within the company as well as its leaders at all levels have to employees. This will make everyone that works for Home Instead appreciate the commitments of all leadership levels. Home instead could reflect and reinforce their company’s culture by including their purpose, values, style and priorities. This could come from stories or communication to show how the staff should act or respond to given situations. Home Instead’s organization deals with many different patients so there are numerous situations one could deal with. This improvement could be beneficial to all employees. Home Instead Senior Care could improve on providing guidance for decision making by including frequently asked questions, questions that one may ask themselves, suggestions, and the most common risk areas of the job. Due to the fact that there are so many issues an employee can encounter there is no way to answer every concern an employee may have. With these tools it could put them at ease that there is something they can use to help them with any unclear situation or resolve any
issues they may encounter.
