One of you makes all the decisions and controls everything without listening to the other’s input. Expressing and listening to each other’s feelings, needs, and desires. One of you feels unheard and is unable to communicate what you want.
Why is social support important to an individual’s health and wellness? What type of social support do you have that has positively affected your health and wellness? Social support is a stress reliever and it is good to have a good listener, communication and family and friends. Friends and family help us to get through the bad and support us in the good.
