a. The Healthy Eating Pyramid emphasizes that we should have proper diet for each section of the Pyramid.
b. Drinking lots of water also can make us healthy
How to Live A Healthy Lifestyle
Nowadays, public awareness of personal health and fitness has grown tremendously over the last few decades. In past generations, the idea of eating right and being physically fit was a luxury reserved for a privileged few. This concept has matured to embrace the idea that we all need to regularly engage in pursuit of our own wellbeing. The present lifestyle of many people is such a threat to their health that the choices they make actually lead to premature illness and death. Although improving one’s quality of life is a personal choice, following some of the most basic steps could actually add years on to one’s life. A healthy lifestyle involves eating a nutritious diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep at night.
First of all, being physically active is a key element in living a longer, healthier, happier life. It can help relieve stress and can provide an overall feeling of well-being. Physical activity can also help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight and lower risk for chronic disease. Take myself as an example, when I was in junior high school, due to the pressure of entering a good university, I suffered from obesity and constipation. Even the doctor told me that I had a lot of chances to get heart disease. With surprise, my father then set lots of exercise
