This article will give some basic insight on what’s needed to become a vegetarian. It explains the importance of avoiding meat, protection against major diseases, and also nutritional benefits. In doing so, it requires planning and knowledge of the foods you are eating.
I will use this article to support Points II A, B, and C and III A of my outline. These points provide critical information of what the benefits of being a vegetarian are. I can address the nutritional benefits vs. nutritional deficiencies as stated in IV B.
