What is our major problem?
Identify some symptoms of the problem.
What is the major cause of the problem?

Our major problems in HGC is project manager do not manage the company problems effectively and efficiently .

some symptoms that I can see are the increase of competion with other gaming companies. HGC loss of talent to other company because of too many project on the with short deadline time. Lack of interest in the projects and individuals requested for a new projects. Weak communication between employee.

The major cause of the problems are the HGC growth too fast by 80% per year for the past two years. The lack of leadership and mismanagement increase the problems as many project manager not interested on the projects given. The leader has no vision about the projects.

What I know can recommend to solve this problems is hire HR director to properly manage the projects. The members of the project need to discuss wheater to continue or cancel the project before requested a new projects. They need to communicate and discuss more with each other so they will be no conflict. Need a new environment at the work place to make them feel comfortable and easy to do their work. As the leader, they need to give consideration to works so they can think or give thought independently.

The essential of having a successful project management team is very important. Having strategic risk management techniques is essential. When planning a project team, it is sometimes strongly advised to think in a futuristic mindset by thinking of the “what if’s” how do’s, how comes, and planning out all the possible risks. There may be various explanations of the project team failures, including poor communication among the team, misconstruing of its shared facts, and unclear and uncertain positions. Also the roles and responsibilities of the team members. (Fottler, Kloppenborg, McAfee, & Nkomo, 2012). Without a clear sense of communication as well as instructions between the project team, it is virtually impossible to have a successful clear-minded team. Without clear sharing of information among the project team, there lies an opportunity for misinterpretation, and spreading false information. In additional…

H Company experienced resource weaknesses during the first four years of operations. The largest resource weakness found in the first four years of H Company’s operations are weaknesses of inferior skills, expertise, or intellectual capital. H Company put much resource into the private label brand, which did not sell due to low demand. In addition to low demand, the resource allocation for the brand was too high. The blame for allocating too much resources stems from inexperienced management. Looking through the simulation results, it is apparent that after year one, the private label brand should have been discontinued. However, due to lack of experience, H Company continued to pump more money and resources attempting to create market share and sales for the private label brand.…

Next we ensure alignment of purpose. With this I believe it falls into the category of miscommunication. Communication is one of if not the most important part of successes when dealing with a small to large amount of people, if you have 10 over even 100 people working on a single project and they are not in constant communication with each other than will most likely be doing double the work. You must out line the groups purpose. You must see how the group 's interests tie into their…

There may be some people that want to use shortcuts and others will follow the directions from the project manager.
