The preferred locations for hospitals, primary healthcare centres, GP practices and dentists should be identified in appropriate locations accessible by public transport. In line with London Plan policy 3A.21, three distinct access point into the site was proposed by the applicant, which would ensure safety and convenience in terms of accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists and public transport users. The vehicle drop-off and servicing access point is located at the north of the site were the main pedestrian and cycle access point for students and staff is separated from the vehicle drop-off, located south of the site.
