Question # 1: Can you observe any positive effects of Hollywood movies on world cultures?
Ans: Hollywood movies have created a very positive impact on the world cultures from last few decades. One of the biggest positive impacts is of women empowerment. What we see in Hollywood movies is that they portray a very independent lifestyle of their people especially women, that the women in their movies are self-made person they are not dependent on anyone. They don’t need anyone to pick and drop them or take them out for their own work. The women shown in the Hollywood movies work on their own. They are very career oriented and they earn on their own to live an independent life. However through this people around the globe are becoming more and more independent by copying the lifestyle that is shown in the Hollywood movies as they find it very positive to adopt it in their own culture.
Secondly the use of animation in movies and ad’s is another positive effect of Hollywood movies on the world cultures. Cartoon animation was originated by Hollywood in their movies especially for children in order to entertain them and convey them a message through these cartoon animation as through this it was easy and fun for children to understand. People in other culture also adopted this and it proved to be successful and profitable at the same time. Like in India they formed a cartoon animation of their religious character namely “CHOTA
