This question has been lingering around for many years and still to this day nobody has came to a simple conclusion.Hip Hop was brought to the people by Dj Kool Herc, when it all started Hip Hop was a just a way to connect with the community and build unity.He didn't start Hip Hop to start violence and make rappers disrespect woman or any other assumptions people make of Hip Hop.One cannot argue this question with just opinions, one must provide real facts and statistics.Opinion doesn't prove anything, it just gives on side of a story and how certain person feels.Even though a large amount of people say Hip Hop degrades society,in all reality it does’nt .Hip Hop enhances society.
If you actually listen to rap music almost all the songs/lyrics have a meaning to it.Hip Hop music is a different type of poetry,with that being said not everything that a rapper or an artist says is supposed to be taken literal.I just dont understand whats wrong about someone expressing how they feel or something they've experienced.Hip Hop is just a way to do that, it's a different type of culture.Hip Hop brings that vibe that no other genre of music bring, people always see hip hop as negative but the same people …show more content…
that's saying that knows if hip hop have been how they supposedly want it to be;nobody would listen to it.It's more than just the music,hip hop ties into fashion,culture,tv,sports a lot more.
Many people says they look up to rappers and people that has aspects to do with hip hop.The truth is those rappers don't even look up to themselves.For instance, Eminem said himself that he doesn't want his children listening to his music.Therefore, all the shots that's getting thrown at hip hop and rappers is very pointless.In the documentary its says “how can you been against a culture that's already against itself”.
Rappers know they are not rapping about the best aspects but it's for the fans and that's how they make a living.If you realize there are some successful rappers that rap give out a positive message but they are never as successful as the ones who don't.The reality is doing right is never fun and people don't like
that.
Just like it was stated earlier in this essay,don't prosecute something with opinion.Come with facts,because is there was a survey on hip hop everyone would have the same thing to say about hip hop.Things like “hip hop makes kids bad” and “promotes violence.What statistic says that after hearing a hip hop song a kid went out and killed someone or started selling drugs
