Hobbies: Why You Should Develop Them?
Hobbies: Why you should develop them?
Hobbies can be defined as activities that we love doing in our leisure hour. Nurturing and discovering your hobby will make you more confident besides adding some skill in you. Hobbies are not only relaxing and instill sense of fulfillment in us. They greatly help in improving our personality by presenting an array of benefits.
The most important thing that a hobby does is gives us time with ourselves. Have you ever noticed when you are doing something that you love, you become oblivious to the world? It’s just you that seem to exist. Such is the effect that hobbies have. So next time you wish to surprise yourself, dip your heart and soul in your hobby and you would come out with something that you never expected yourself to do.
Hobbies add to your experiences and knowledge thereby helping you develop yourself. Sometimes when you set to learn something new, like painting you might suddenly discover you are the best painter around, or you were always born to be one. Thus hobbies not only open doors to development they might make you rethink your career once you set yourself to do it in a professional way. Many people have successfully utilized their hobbies into shining career choices.
Hobbies are great tool to discover and connect with people with similar choices. The more you spend time in your hobby the more equipped will you be with the information about it. This information might suddenly come handy while interacting with some stranger you met at bus-depot or shopping mall, just to realize that the person shares same hobbies. Many times hobbies become the bridges to turn strangers into friends or even soul mates.
Most of all hobbies soothes and relax a person after a hectic week or gives him/her a break from mundane routine work. It adds creativity to life, besides unwinding you.
Why hobbies should be developed?
Wondering whether hobbies are waste of time or do they have something in store for you? Than you better

Hobby is described as a regular activity that is done for pleasure. Many people have hobbies, some for stress relief, some for enjoyment, and others just to help time pass. My hobby, is playing Football. There are many reasons I love to call this sport my hobby, the relationships, and most importantly, the grind. The rewards that one gains from playing Football is far more than the social status and popularity, some fans may assume that is the reason we play. Football is about much more than that to me, it is about building bonds that last for years. Building relationships with coaches that have been where you are, and have gone through what you’ve been through and can help you through the journey. Being pushed to the brink of what you can do, mentally and physically, and having your team there going through it with you. Helping each other up when nobody thought they could take another step. Fighting to the last minute in a close game and coming out on top with 0:00 on the clock, with your team being up by one point. Walking out on the field under the lights and knowing that everything, the crowd, the lights, the stadium, is for YOU and YOUR TEAM. Football has been my hobby since I was ten years old, and although I’ve been through hell and back because of this sport, it will continue to be the thing I love most to do until the last time I take off my helmet.…

Such hobbies were ones that involved the arts and the exposure with writing. In European countries such as Italy and France, the renaissance was already active and present. However, in places such as England, the English people had yet to be affected and influenced by their lively European neighbors. Evidently, the changes that came out of the English renaissance era did not happen overnight, it did take some time - at least a centuries worth, to be exact. And when that change did happen, the people of England, though new to the creative scene of the renaissance, were ready, and they were not willing to back away anytime sooner.…

I have many different hobbies, but my favorite hobby is gymnastics. I am on the level six competitive team at the Auburn Gymnastics Academy. I practice before and after school six different times every week. Sometimes it is hard to get up in the morning, or stay late at night, but I know it will make me better and I'm not alone. One of the reasons I love gymnastics so much is because of all my kind, loving, and very supportive teammates. Whether it's doing a new skill for the first time, or just practicing for something I've done hundreds of times, their always there for me. They make practice fun! Another one of my hobbies is piano I play in recitals and in some competitions throughout the year. I like to play piano because I think music is a way to express yourself. I also love to sew in my spare time because I think it is a good skill to have in life.…
