Hobby: Photography and New Place
Hobbies
Life without a hobby is like food without salt. It is a hobby which makes living interesting. A hobby gives one joy and pleasure; one does not get tired of it. It is a pastime, relaxation and leisure. In this way, while one is learning something, he is also making best use of his time.

There are many hobbies like drawing, gardening, stamp collecting, photography, reading, coin collecting, etc. My favourite hobbies are gardening, photography and traveling. Gardening gives me immense pleasure. When I saw seeds sown by me growing into beautiful plants and blooming flowers, it gives me a great sense of fulfillment. I enjoy watering my plants every day. It gives me satisfaction and helps in keeping myself active and busy. I grow flowers and vegetables in my garden. The greenery of plants and sweet fragrance of flowers are the tonics for eyes and mind. In a world full of tension and pollution, it is a great relief to see beautiful flowers and lovely plants.

Photography is another hobby which is dear to my heart. It gives me a thrill to capture the visual beauty of the world around me. Whenever I see a beautiful flower or a bird in my garden, I catch her in my memory through the lens of my camera.

Traveling is my other passion. Whenever I have an opportunity to visit a new place, whether a village, city, mountain or seaside, I never miss it. It is so thrilling to see a new place and meet different kind of people. Whenever I travel round a new place, I take my camera and shot interesting pictures of people, building, monuments, bazaar etc. It gives me immense satisfaction and pleasure. Though these hobbies are expensive, I love them.

Every photograph that I create conveys who I am, what I aspire to be, and how I belong in the world around me. I find myself drawn to different perspectives and ways of perceiving Earth and all of its inhabitants. When I walk along the woods, my eyes are instantly drawn to the illuminating glow of the leaves and the dancing shadows of the trees. My mind tends to reveal these instances of time on its own accord, surprising me throughout each passing moment as I think back and come across mental photographs my mind has conjured up. I will never cease to explore every passing moment for every moment expresses a new reality, a new dream, and a new hope of what is to come…

Taking pictures is the world's most popular hobby. We use it to document family milestones, capture beauty, reveal the ugliness of war, and stalk celebrities. Photography has changed the world way more than any other thing in the media (because photography is used in film and television). Our world no longer has its focus on words and paintings, but now it is focused on the photograph. There are several effects on how photography has changed the world: the civil war, social network, medicine, outer space, and society.…

What was it like without photography? It was not as dull as many would think. One could paint mountains, valleys, and even people, but things change. Those mountains could flow with lava, that valley could be a river, those people could pass away. According to photography, one can make multiple memories as time goes on. One can get better results than a painting, and photos do not take time to make. A painting, on the other hand, requires a lot of time and patience.…

Through my passion for photography, I realized beauty is not based on what I do not have, rather it is what I do and what I experience that truly makes me beautiful. Even though the woman I captured in my image had no home and had exposed her life full of struggle, the intensity of her bravery was forever scorched in my mind through the intensity in her eyes which tell her story of inherent beauty. Moments, captured by the bright, blinding light of a single flash, encompass all aspects of our lives; each moment embodies our existence and everything we have experienced. Pictures of myself define me, but these moments I have captured reflect my experiences and shape who I am, a gratifying compilation of all I have experienced—these moments compose my identity, an identity that makes me an individual who is inherently…

Hobbies differ from person to person. Manual workers may like to study books or magazines after hard physical work. Intel¬lectual workers may give rest to their minds by playing some light game like badminton or tennis. Many people take interest in gar¬dening, photography, seeing movies etc. during their leisure time. My hobby, how¬ever, is collecting notes, I am aware that a hobby is pursued mainly neither for earning money nor for adding to one’s knowledge nor for gaining popularity. There is absolutely no selfish motive involved in a hobby. The main pur¬pose of the hobby is just pleasure through recreation. Money, knowledge, popularity and such other gains are only by-products of the hobby. Secondly, a hobby is not intended to take precedence over work. It is only complementary to work. It provides new energy to our mind and limbs to do more and better work.…
