Red Bluff, is a small homespun town once known for the lumber mills that supplied jobs for many and made up the economy of our small town, and the Sacramento River runs right through the middle. We are a melting pot. we are mix of almost every type of individual possibly imaginable, and no matter how many times or how long a person tries to escape they all end up one day returning to this town, because it always seems to call us back with a gentle whisper that dares you to never leave. We are a town that is far from the normal expectations of what a town in California should be. The first of the many places that make Red Bluff Red Bluff, would be the State theater. With its neon lights illuminating in the distance one would think that it is the star of Red Bluff, and that it is a center of all things performance, but to most people's surprise it is much much more than that. Very rarely among these people one might spot “the hipsters” dressed in clothes that seem extremely different than those in this area are used to, whom many are trying to find a way out of a town such as this to hopefully end up among the big group of trendsetters just like them found in the big cities. Finally among our large populations, is our homeless populations. They are littered among the streets and a few some know by name and can be found in their usual places of Red Bluff, but some, just pass through for a time or two, until they drift to their next location of choice. Although all of these people seem to differ quite greatly from one
