How Did Confucius Become Successful

After learning about the life of Confucius, who is considered to be a genius of his time, we can see that his life had both successes and failures. Especially when he was trying to accomplish his goals in life. One of his failures was when he was 20 and managed grain stores. This was because his mind was not occupied by his job, but was focused on the turmoil in the world. Even though he failed at managing grain stores, it allowed him to also succeed. This is because by focusing on the turmoil in the world, he saw humanity needed help and led him to find a solution for everyone. Another failure was when he found the renouncers of Daoism. This is because Confucius became frustrated with their beliefs since they did not allow him to eliminate
This is because the leaders viewed him as being arrogant, blunt, and did not take him seriously. Since this failed, he tried to influence leaders with the help of his many students. He believed having more people would have more influence on the leaders, but this method still ended up failing. This is because they were beaten and attacked when they tried to convince rulers in China. Though this approach was experiencing failure, it also experienced success because it enhanced their education. The challenges their failure were forcing upon them called for urgent moral debates. These debates were a learning experience because they reflected upon their failures. His biggest failure was spending his life trying to change the world from a top-down perspective starting with leaders. This is because he met so much adversity when trying to change the views of the leaders/rulers in China. While his changes from the bottom-up were more impactful and influenced more people. He should have changed his approach to a bottom-up perspective. This would have allowed him to influence more people effectively and brought about mass change in the world quickly. If the leaders have no support then they have nothing to rule
