Hostetter is a very smart person how worked in many company accountants by training which gave him a lot of experience. He worked at General Electric Co which is one of the biggest companies and it is very known as one of the oldest companies in the United States of America. He retired after working for General Electric Co, for almost 30 years from 1942 to 1972. Also, he worked in RCA Corp as financial operations in Industrial Tube Division in 1972 before General Electric Co, took over the RCA Co, in 1986. In 1972 Hostetter was assigned as the head of the Lancaster City redevelopment Authority, which was in the middle of transforming the second block of North Queen Street into Lancaster Square as we know today. Hostetter was an executive of the then Conestoga Savings and Loan Association, and he had a major development in the Conestoga Hostetter doubling the savings at the time of his management. Then he retired in 1982. After that, he worked as an advisory board in the Conestoga Division of Harris Savings Association. Hostetter worked as chairman of the distribution committee of the Lancaster County Foundation An organization that was founded in 1924 to distribute the wealth from different clients. Attracting new donors, he increased the size of the foundation and because of his astonishing work the Lancaster County Foundation granted more than $600,000. People who worked as doctor businessmen a fighter and inventors who helped millions of people in many ways, medicine, health, economy, and people who sacrifice their life for their own country.
