In my opinion, Napoleon was the creator of his times because he was the one that build the French empire and his time as the French emperor and his quest to forges an empire was know as Napoleonic Wars. He is also the creation of the French Revolution because the French Revolution gave him the chance to show his military leader skill and rose up to became an emperor. His intelligence helped him created his time in history when he ruled French and forges an empire.

They were successful in bring balance of power between countries in Europe and were smart to not make the common people upset. They successfully archive the plans they had for Europe. The Congress of Vienna was able to reform many things and bring peace to Europe.

The long term legacy of the Congress of Vienna was the continent-wide efforts to establish and maintain a balance of power in Europe. At the same time, the power of Britain and Prussia increased. Nationalism began to spread throughout Europe and new countries would be created. The countries put under foreign control would start revolutions and more people would saw democracy as the best way for equality and justice for all.

From the France's point of view, the Congress of Vienna's decision were at the same time fair and not fair. The France returned to the state before the revolution and their land were not taken. Napoleon was exiled and not killed and the France wasn't treated as an enemy. The Congress of Vienna make sure that the countries in Europe have balance power, and they don't left France
