Do you know when did slavery actually started? According to modern historians, the actual time or procedure of slavery haven’t been identified yet. But people do know that slaves were treated badly which led them to fight back against the civilization. Slave rebellion happened in every country which there is slavery or used to have slavery. At the same time, slave rebellion is the most fearful event for the slave owner. The Servile War is one of the iconic slavery rebellion that happened in late Rome civilization. Although it is a failure, it did influence and start changing the Roman slave over the time. Rome has a large number of slave, they were forced to do a different kind of labor. As their discontent gradually increased, it leads to the slave revolt. The Third Servile War was the last Servile War in Rome, and it eventually changes the people’s view of slave and slave’s rights. After the Third Servile War, it changes a lot of people’s view of the slave. The landowner began to treat their slave less harshly, just because of they were scared they feared them and the wealthy owner reduce the number of agriculture slave, instead of putting freshman as an arrangement. Over the next few years, as the main conquest of war ceased, so did the slave supply. The real changes of the legal status and rights of the Roman slaves began the time of Emperor Claudius (41-45 A.D.). During this time, a constitution was made for a slave, it stated that killing of an old or infirm slave is seeing as an act of murder. It also decreed that if this slave were abandoned by their owners, they will be naturally turning to freshman. Overall, though the Third Servile War just change people’s view of the slave, if without the war happened, the other changes will not occur
