The Industrial Revolution created the need for Europe to take the colonies around the world by advancing in population growth allowed larger workforce. The population increased in major countries between 50 and 100 percent. Also Colonies traded networks and Banking industry providing sorts of finance to allow expansion for colonies. Central banks, stock markets and stock companies encouraged people to take risks with investments, trade and new technologies.

The Industrial Revolution also gave Europe the power to take over the world so quickly by new inventions that allowed faster service. The Invention of steam power and new machines allowed for higher production and faster service throughout many colonies and other countries. And also newer transports like canals and railways also was able to keep the power of the world into the hands of Europe. They were to transport raw materials across countries.
This increased wealth that could then be loaned by banks toward industrial expansion for economic growth.The government also thought of global trading by expanding the Navy to protect trade and other financial companies so they could explore the world to find more resources.
