Russian Civil War started in the November 1917 and lasted till October 1922. Withes, diverse coalition considering mostly monarchism and capitalist, attacked the Reds, which was mostly Boleshevik, fighting for preservation and development of socialism under the command of Lenin and Trotsky. Many factors had to be taken into the account when result is considered, but it was mostly based on various lacks. Lack of support both economic and social, lack of unity, lack of human resources, lack of strong leadership, lack of common aim. Even when the strategy helped with encircling the Reds it costed Whites many problems. Even at the point when they had enormous stretch under control, really close to Petrograd or Moscow, they had problem with communication because of the distance. They didn't had a telephone links and every message had to be passed by the officer on the horseback, which makes it more complicated, easier to intercept and taking huge amounts of time, so coordinated attacks were beyond reach. On the other hand, Tortsky could go to every front and encourage his soldiers with speeches. Moreover, the area occupied by the Reds was one of the most developed in Russia, with armament factories which could produce the new weapons during the war. The railways in the region were the most dense there, so supplies line were in a good condition and the Reds could rely on them. Whites were in completely different position. The only railway they owed was Transsiberian railway, and still it was only one track in each direction and they owned it only partly. In such situation they had to depend on help form USA, France, Japan or Great Britain, which leave the open gate to the Reds propaganda, that now could portrayed Bolsheviks as the only patriotic sides of the conflict which would defend
