How Do You Judge Your Class Attendance
1. How many points have you earned this semester? What was your class average?
During this semester, I have earned 545 points. My class average is 96%.

2. How would you judge your “attendance” in this class? (how often did you log into Blackboard and/or check your email)?
In this class, I believe my attendance was very excellent. Over the course of this semester I logged into Blackboard almost every day to check the announcements and assignments listings for this class. As well as my email, I check it daily!

3. How would you judge your adherence to due dates? Why?
My adherence to due dates were very OK. I did not have any problems at all with any of the due dates. Every assignment is done on Sunday at 11:59 P.M. It was pretty straight forward

On average, the time I have spent on homework, projects, and studying every week for this course was a two or more hours per day. I did my best in every assignment I did in this course. I hope that all my effort that I put in this class will not go for nothing and that it will show at the end of this semester with a passing grade.

5. How would you judge your test scores? Why?
Based on my test scores I believe I did ok. In the first test I scored a 27 out of 30. I thought I was going to score a 100%. I was very sure of my answers, but when I submitted the test. It glitches out where the answers got switched and I missed three points. It’s over now and I’m very satisfied with the score. The other tests I got the full points. So I guess I did very well on my tests during this semester.

6. What relevant lessons have you learned in this class? Why?
One relevant lesson that I have learned in this class is plagiarism. Stealing someone else's word or ideas and putting it as my own without giving who wrote it credits called cheating. I learned that we should cite all the information that received from the internet or anywhere else. Getting caught plagiarizing only hurts us and no one else.

7. What was your favorite activity this semester?
…show more content…
I was trying to submit my final draft in the discussion board, but it glitches out and it had lines under the sentences. When I saw the lines I decided to post another one hoping that I could email my professor to delete one of the posts. My professor Steve Goldberg was to kind and understood the situation. He ended up deleting the two posts I posted. I thought he deleted the one with the lines, but when I logged into my blackboard I saw that he deleted the two posts. So I had to submit my final post again. I didn't like the grade I received. To now I’m still beating myself thinking maybe my professor thought that I turned it in late and maybe that I fixed my mistakes or something.

9. What grade do you deserve in this English class? Why?
I like that I deserve an A in my English 119 course for many reasons. So far I believe I have done what it takes to get a passing grade. I have always tried to put all my effort in every assignment I have done in this class. Also, at the end of this course, I expect to receive a final grade of B hoping to get a decent grade for this final

In fact, a summary of each six weeks is provided in Source A which demonstrates how organized and well thought out this class truly is. There is nothing in the six weeks that isn't touched by the source. Also the class has a very lenient late work policy for intermediate and major grades. Source F confirms this, stating that there are only point deductions for being a day or three late.…

Feedback: Good job! It is APUS/AMU policy that all instructors must grade completed student work submitted for grading within 5 days of the DUE DATE AND TIME for that assignment. If you submitted your assignment by the due date, and do not see a grade after 5 days from the due date and time, check to be sure you have "submitted" the assignment for grading. If you have but the assignment is not graded, send a polite request to your instructor to complete grading.…

The fundamental skills taught in the class while useful, were already known to me. Developing a thesis, organizing body paragraphs, and the closing statements of an essay are standard fare in most high school classes today. In contrast, what I gleaned from source documentation was incredibly valuable. It taught me to scrutinize where cited data comes from, weighing credibility and judging accuracy. These skills are quickly becoming important in an increasingly "wikipediaized" world. Both APA and MLA documentation formats were acceptable for the different types of essays.…

I had to plan ahead in order to make sure that I accomplish the assignments for this class while still attending the board meetings for the organizations I was a part of. By looking at my Participation paper I was there for a majority of my class days and the only reason I missed class was because of really bad allergies and when I received bronchitis for week and a half. By going to class I was able to get tips on how to make my work better and how to accomplish the tasks given to us better thus making it less stressful for me to finish the project meaning I was more likely to finish the project earlier than the time given to us. When I realized that going to class and doing my work before the due date made me less stressed out I tried my hardest to always finish my work in all my class on time making me have a less stressful week. Another example of my improvement in this area is when we look at my Communication improvement profile paper written in the beginning of the year. I wrote the paper the night before and really didn’t look at the rule brick on how everything needed to be organized. When looking at this paper I followed the rule brick the best I can and wrote this paper before the due date allowing me to continually correct the grammar mistakes I have made and other problems that could have been found in this paper. Taking…

The most single important piece of knowledge I have gained in English class this year was the fact that if you work hard enough and put effort into your work, in the end, it will result in good things further ahead in the future. My level of effort on my assignment this year so far has been not so great than what I wanted it to be. I can say that it’s due to the fact that I am partially lazy and I may not find the topic so interesting but either way, one has to do the work and you might as well enjoy it. I didn’t actually do my best quality work. I who have like to try, but sadly I did not. My best moments I have had in class was when we all read “One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest” and when we watched the movie version of the…

There have always been events in American history that increased tensions between free states and slave states. In the following essay I will go over three events that has caused problems between one other. The Compromise of 1850, Uncle Toms Cabin, and John Brown’s Raid at Harper’s Ferry I have chosen these events because these are the events that stand out to me when tensions between free states and slave states come to mind.…
