How Does Lady Macbeth Change Throughout The Play
Act III we start to see changes in both Macbeth and Lady Macbeth. In the beginning Lady Macbeth had been the brains behind the death of King Duncan. Macbeth was just a puppet, getting played by the witches’ prophecies, his wife, and his own thoughts. We notice how everything is changing among the two. Even though mentally they seem both crazed and distort, but there’s some changes that are very different in them.

Early in the play Macbeth is known as a loyal warrior. He was the King’s noble soldier. Actually he was the King’s favorite warrior. The King trusted Macbeth. With nothing Macbeth’s background, we seen him as a faithful person that could do no wrong. We thought that Macbeth was a good guy. That soon started to change when greed took over his mind. He wasn’t patient, he wanted it all when he wanted it. That’s what destroys Macbeth. He started to let the power go to his head, forgetting that he was going to have everything he wanted in due time. Macbeth was becoming a monster and at the point where he was in there was no turning back. He went from a faithful warrior to an evil man with a plan to bring anyone and everyone down with him. Then there’s his wife, Lady Macbeth. When we were first introduced to her, she was the one with the plan to kill the King. She was the woman who filled Macbeth with the idea of getting rid of the beloved King. She couldn’t live with the fact that he husband was a soft man. Soft as in Macbeth care for the King. She thought in the beginning that Macbeth wouldn’t do anything to harm the King. That he would just wait until his day as king would come. No, Lady Macbeth couldn’t have it that way, she needed to ne Queen as soon as possible. So she told Macbeth that she would do it. That she would kill King Duncan. Then we see Lady Macbeth King. Saying that the King looked too much like her father while he slept.
