How Hungry Are What You Eat
o How hungry are you, typically, for meals or snacks?
When I get hungry it is usually for a meal I only eat snacks when I am not able to get a meal right away so I just choose a snack. I usually want quick meals when I am hungry but fulfilling meals.

o How often do you eat for reasons other than hunger?

I rarely eat for reasons other than hunger because majority of the time when I start thinking of food I will start to get hungry. So, the habits of eating for other reasons like boredom does not happen often but instead I will want to drink something water, juice, iced coffee etc...

Yes, there are recurring patterns in the food I eat

o Do you eat one food or one type of food more than others?

I eat chicken more than any other type of food because it is one of the cheapest protein to acquire and it is very versatile and easy to cook. Chicken has been cooked in my family a lot exactly for that reason.

o Describe your usual degree of satiation after eating? (e.g., still a little hungry, comfortably full, or stuffed)
When I eat I am usually comfortable full until I drink something then I usually become stuffed. Being full or stuffed does not usually last long in about thirty minute to an hour I am back normal to slowly getting back hungry.

o How do situational factors affect the way you eat? (e.g., location, time of day, other people present, stress level, being rushed or having plenty of time)
Depending on where I am can determine how I eat, for example when I am home I eat a little more because I am comfortable. When I am at any other place like at a restaurant or at work I do not eat as much just enough to satisfy my hunger. In the morning I do not always eat as much but later on especially during evening/night I will eat a lot
