How The Garrett Morgan Made The Gas Mask

In 1923, Morgan created a new form of a traffic signal by having the red, yellow and green lights that helped controlled traffic more effectively (Famous African American Inventors, 2017). Also, Otis Boykin enhanced the pacemaker and made electronic devices proficient and inexpensive such as television and computer. In 1959, Boykin created a new controller that could withstand shifts in temperature and air pressure which led electric currents to flow from
a specific frequency (Famous African American Inventors, 2017). Boykin designed a control unit for the pacemaker to assist the heart to beat regularly.
